ARNAUD VAN DER WYCK

Arnaud specialises in property finance and venture capital. He spent the early part of his career at UBS, the investment bank, where he focused on raising capital for technology, telecom, M&A and Equity Capital Markets. He was responsible for originating Continental European deal flow hfrom the leading Capital firms. Arnaud was also involved in a number of high profile transactions including the public offering of Partner Communications in Israel, the €2.2 billion combined global offering for Fortis and advising the Dutch Government on the auction of their UMTS licences. Having extensive marketing and execution experience in a wide range of equity products from fully bookbuilt transactions to bought deals, Arnaud has an active involvement in many high-profile offerings in a variety of sectors. Arnaud received a Business Administration degree from ERASMUS University, Rotterdam in The Netherlands. He is a FSA approved person and speaks English, Dutch, Spanish and French.
