DR CURT SCHRODER

Curt has 30 years of experience in sustainable engineering solutions and, in particular, developed the modern Stirling Engines for micro-CHP (Combined Heat and Power) units. He developed the Stirling technology over the past 20 years and had a long career in the R&D community in Sweden. Dr Schröder was a professor at the Institute for Industrial Organisation and Economy at the Department for Working Environment, Lund University, in Sweden. He also served as the Research manager and President of TEM Foundation (Lund University's technology research and transfer body) at Lund University for a decade. Curt has a number of board positions at Industrial Development Centres, Sweden AB, IUC Skåne AB, EcoShip Engineering AB, Silent Clean Power AB, the TEM Foundation, SIM Car AB and is expected to join the board shortly. Curt received a PhD in Engineering from University of Lund, Sweden and received a Master of civil engineering from Lund Institute of Technology. Curt speaks Swedish and English.
