Ian is an experienced and accomplished Business Professional with years Six Sigma experience delivering complex projects and business process re-engineering programmes within demanding Product Management and Sales environments, combined with over ten years experience in technical service and support. He is an expert problem solver with extensive communication skills and proven techniques to facilitate service improvement projects from all perspectives. He worked in British Army Intelligence (Royal Signals) for 15 years while serving in Cyprus, The Falkland Islands, Germany, Northern Ireland, Kuwait, GCHQ (the UK Spy Centre) & Garats Hay. After his intelligence work he joined Racal and later Vodafone to organically grow their businesses by focusing on customer service and the supply chain. Ian has highest military security clearance.
