BEN BALL

Ben has a wide range of strategic, finance and management expertise developed over 20 years. Ben currently advises UK and European companies and private equity firms on fund raising. He is currently involved in over £1bn of fund raising and advising a number of new entrants to AIM. He has been responsible for a range of acquisitions and disposals. At the investment bank Durlacher, as a Director of Corporate Finance, he achieved the highest corporate finance fees ever for the company. He is an advisor and board participant for a range of companies, particularly in the technology and media fields. His transactions contributed to generating £300m of shareholder value. Ben previously worked for Cable and Wireless, where he was director of Strategy, and the BBC as a Director of Business Development. Ben studied Engineering Science at Oxford University and Corporate Finance at London Business School. Ben has been an SFA approved person and speaks English and French.
