Paul is a self-made millionaire and started his first business at the age of 21 in 1969. With more than 30 years experience gained in business, predominantly in the mortgage and financial services industry, he is one of country's leading experts in the field of finance and mortgage lending. He has a wide network in the financial and investment community as well as the City where he is an active investor. Paul established Chase De Vere in 1982 and was Managing Director until 1995 when he became Non-Executive Chairman. Chase De Vere is a leading UK mortgage broker, specialising in the provision of loan facilities for high net worth individuals. In 1985, Paul established Central Mortgage Administration and by 1989 was managing a mortgage book of £1.3 billion.
