DEMITRIE COMNAS

Demetrie advises SIGMAX on various financial and banking issues. After 25 years with JP Morgan Chase Bank, he retired in 1999 as Managing Director and International Group Executive for the Financial Institutions sector where he raised capital for Governments. Demetrie headed Chase's Global Payments and Treasury Services Group for Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Before that he served as the Industries Group Executive for European Corporate Finance. Demetrie was promoted to Senior Vice President and Managing Director in 1990. Before assuming his responsibilities in 1990, he served as the Professional Development Executive for all wholesale banking. Demetrie joined the Capital Markets and Foreign Exchange Sector as the head of Chase's Wall Street Division. Prior to this, he also became the Director of Commodity Financing for the Western Hemisphere Banking Group. He has a M.B.A. in Finance from Boston University.
